CURRICULUM VITAE

DR. ADIAN HUSAINI (58) is the Chairman of the Indonesian Islamic Council for Dakwah (Dewan Da’wah Islamiyah Indonesia), 2020-2025. He is also the Chairman of the Ph.D. Program of Islamic Education at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor, Indonesia; member of the Board of Adviser of Indonesia Ulama Council (Majelis Ulama Indonesia/MUI), and the founder of Islamic Boarding School (Pondok Pesantren) At-Taqwa Depok, Indonesia.

He graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (ISTAC-IIUM) with a specialization in Islamic Civilization (2009). And in 2020, he was honored as the Islamic National Figure in Books Writing and Publication.

Adian Husaini has published about 40 books on Islamic Thought, Islamic Education, and Islamic History. Since 2019 until today (2023), he has published more than 1600 articles on his website: www.adianhusaini.id.
